We are looking for experienced Harvest Operators to join our Alberta team on Seasonal basis from May 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:
- Operate heavy machinery such as a tractor with a vacuum harvester or harrows and other related equipment.
- Ensure that machinery, equipment, and tools are operational by performing routine and preventative maintenance (i.e. greasing tractor) and cleaning the machinery and equipment.
- Participate in regular safety initiatives.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous 1-3 years of experience in farming, equipment operation or mechanical knowledge considered an asset [Training will be provided].
- Working as a part of a small team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Follow all rules, policies, and procedures.
- Position is weather dependent; overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.
