| ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Oversee daily office and administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Manage product receiving and shipping activities, including scheduling, documentation, labeling, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing shipments.Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.Utilize company ERP or inventory management software to record and monitor product movement, data entry, and reporting.Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods.Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, purchase orders, and invoices as required.Maintain and organize office files, inventory records, and correspondence in both digital and physical formats.Support management with daily computer work, including spreadsheets, reporting, data entry, and communications.Collaborate with operations, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and product availability.Monitor office supplies and reorder materials as needed to maintain operational readiness.Ensure compliance with safety standards, shipping regulations, and company policies.Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing and implementing operational efficiencies.Provide leadership and training to office or warehouse support staff as required.

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.Two to five years of office management, logistics coordination, or administrative operations experience required.Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management strongly preferred.Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus.Experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment beneficial.
