JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking General Labourers at our Elma, Manitoba plant. The primary function of this role is to operate equipment and conduct routine operational tasks, in supporting the production process. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role will abide by all safety, quality and operating rules and processes every day.

• Checking and change-out of consumables and dust collection equipment
• Safely operating mobile equipment
• Using manual and powered hand tools
• Performing a variety of housekeeping duties
